Crisis Square Mile Run

I don’t do this very often, ..but i am asking you to put your hands in your pockets, (not very open source of me i know) and throw some of your spare change my way to help the homeless as i run the Crisis Square Mile Run.

There is not a great deal more i can say or ask, …just a single £ will help me reach my total, and £100 is all i need to enable me to sleep at night.

..and no, ..i will not be doing it on fancy dress. …unless you pay, ..and supply the fancy dress.
