JandJ Security

A long long time ago in a galaxy far far away …..

I made a site for my friends brother’s security company, ..i think this was probably the longest i have ever waited for a client to supply content, .however, 2 YEARS LATER !! the client returns with that look in their eyes, ..and the famous words that bring a smile to my face, ..’ i need to get this live asap, it’s urgent’ !!

Did i say how much that makes me smile.

So not wishing to disappoint, and with a bit of forwarding thinking regarding my future security needs, i pulled my finger out, ..and bingo, ..the site is live today in time for their trade fair.

Not bad for a site with zero design and just an intuitive functional layout, i do also like the remote client login allowing you to view your CCTV from anywhere in the world, ..hello BB !!…..although this is the last time i transpose 10 page microsoft word documents into web pages, …yes i know it converts to HTML automatically, ..but it isn’t exactly standards compliant :)

..but there you go.

    Mog,
On the J&J Security site, the navigation button seem to have been done in flash but then they react like html button - can i ask your secret ? How did you link flash navigation to html pages ?
    Thanks,
    Vincenzo

The buttons are all HTML, .you won’t catch me using Flash for something that can be done with HTML and CSS, however the banner above the menu buttons is courtesy of Jeroen Wijering’s Image rotator
    …hope that helps.
