I have struggled with the desensitization plot carried out by the media for quite some time. I distinctly recall watching a report on the deaths in Iraq for the week, and thought to myself, "oh, five, that's not so bad. When in actuality even ONE is bad! Some of us that realize the disparity between the haves and have nots, are those who are teetering on the line between both and feel helpless to bringing about change--constantly asking ourselves "how will I do this?
