Today is All Hallows Eve, ..better known to the western world as Halloween, ..a chance for kids in burberry hats to no longer have to hide behind fences and jump out and demand your money, ..oh no, tonight, and tonight only they are allowed to gang up together into rabbles, …and come and knock on your door,, …and then when you don’t answer, ..well, ..they will do anything from egg you door to squirt washing up liquid through the letterbox, ..and potentially even set yur house on fire …i kid you not.
Thankfully as we get a bit older the promise of candy with razor blades in it loses it’s appeal, as does our baby faced efforts at scoring it from our neighbours, ….so what do we do, …well, we make a damn site more effort with our costumes, …all get together, and get …merry.
